2) Entry is open to anyone in the world who agrees to these terms and conditions.

3) Participants under the age of 18 years are unable to enter.

4) Each secret sound will run until an entrant has correctly guessed it. The sound will then be replaced by another. In the unlikely event that there are two correct guesses of exactly the same wording, the prize money will be split. However, we will always judge who has guessed the nearest to the actual sound, unless two guesses of the same wording have been submitted, resulting in a tie (shared prize)

5) To enter contestants must first register and then can guess once per day.

6) The prize amount for each secret sound can vary and will be at the sole discretion of MySecretSound (Bean Marketing)

7) In case of dispute over the winner, MySecretSound’s (Bean Marketing) decision is absolutely final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8) In case of dispute over the actual sound, MySecretSound’s (Bean Marketing) decision is absolutely final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9) Contestants are able to enter and then listen to the sound as often as they wish and then guess once per day. Note: Adding the word 'or' into a guess implies two guesses and your entry will be deemed as null and void. Example: "Writing with a pen or pencil" will be incorrect even if the secret sound was a pen/pencil. You can only have one guess per day, do not manipulate your entries to include two or more possibilities.

10) Contesting will cease should technical issues arise with the website in anyway.

11) Judgement of guesses will be at the sole discretion of MySecretSound (Bean Marketing) and no correspondence will be entered into.

12) Winner’s name, suburb and image may be used by MySecretSound (only) for promotional purposes at the discretion of the winner.

13) Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these conditions.

14) This competition is not open to employees of Bean Marketing or their family members.

Any email communication you receive from us will have an unsubscribe message at the footer to remove your details.
